Who we share data with

We use trusted service providers to run our business. They only process data on our instructions:

  • Website hosting: Hostinger (our website and form data are stored on their servers).
  • Forms, CRM and booking: Fluent Forms, FluentCRM and FluentBooking run inside our own WordPress site, so this data stays on our hosting.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics (Google LLC), only if you consent.
  • Video calls: Google Meet or Zoom, for the meeting you book.
  • Email and communication: our email provider, and WhatsApp if you contact us there.
  • Payments: our payment providers (such as bank transfer, Wise or PayPal) for client invoices.

We may also disclose data if required by law. We never sell or rent personal data.

International transfers

We are based in Bangladesh and some of our service providers operate in other countries, including the United States. When personal data from the UK or EU is transferred, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the providers’ Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent protections.

How long we keep data

  • Enquiries that don’t become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
  • Client and project records: for the length of the relationship plus up to 6 years for accounting and legal purposes.
  • Analytics data: up to 14 months (Google Analytics retention setting).

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example the UK, EU or California), you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Ask us to delete your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time (for example, for analytics cookies)
  • Complain to your local data protection authority, such as the ICO in the UK

To use any of these rights, email contact@webvives.com. We’ll reply within 30 days.

Security

We use HTTPS across the site, keep WordPress and plugins up to date, limit admin access, use strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and take regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
