About these terms

These terms apply to your use of webvives.com (the “website”), operated by Razibur Rahman, trading as WebVives, Sylhet, Bangladesh (“WebVives”, “we”, “us”). By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the website.

These terms cover the website only. Client projects are governed by the written proposal and agreement signed for each project, which takes priority over anything on this website.

Using the website

You may use the website to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to:

  • Use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful
  • Try to gain unauthorized access to the website, its server or any connected system
  • Send spam, malware or automated requests that disrupt the website
  • Copy large parts of the website’s content for commercial use without permission

Our content and intellectual property

The website’s text, design, graphics, logo and code are owned by WebVives or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may share links to our pages and quote short extracts with credit. Anything else needs our written permission.

Client names, logos and screenshots in our portfolio belong to their owners and are shown with permission as examples of our work.

Information on the website

We work hard to keep the website accurate, but the information is general and may change. Prices shown are starting points; every project is confirmed in a written quote. Our blog articles are general guidance, not professional advice for your specific situation.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, WebVives is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website, or for interruptions, errors or viruses beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections given to you by the laws of the country where you live.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows the latest version. Questions? Email contact@webvives.com.
