Yes. We start with a free site check. If we find serious problems, like outdated software or malware, we’ll quote a one-time fix before your plan begins.
Yes. Plans are month to month and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. You keep full access to your site, backups and accounts.
Content updates, new sections or landing pages, design tweaks, plugin or app setup, small features and bug fixes. Bigger projects are quoted separately at a member discount.
No. We work with your existing hosting, or we can recommend a better host and move your site for you. Shopify includes hosting in its own plan.
On Care and Growth plans, malware cleanup is included. On Essentials, we clean it at a member price. With daily backups and monitoring, problems are usually caught early.
Shopify handles hosting and platform security, so Shopify care focuses on theme updates, app reviews, speed, checkout testing and your monthly development requests.
We check key pages, forms and checkout after updates, and use a staging copy for bigger updates where your host supports it. If anything breaks, we fix it or roll back from a backup.
